Chris Hogstad

Chris has 20+ years of experience, focusing on corporate, financing, merger and acquisition and commercial matters. Chris works with technology start-ups and established companies in a broad range of industries, as well as representing investors and lenders. His practice emphasizes equity and debt financings, venture capital financing, securities issuances, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and restructuring, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and licensing and distribution arrangements.

Chris also has extensive experience with numerous other corporate and commercial matters. He provides business and strategic counsel on these and other matters. His practice includes assisting emerging companies throughout their life cycle, from corporate formation and organization to exit strategy and liquidity events. Prior to Lee & Hayes, Chris started his career with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, a major San Francisco law firm.
