Josh Grandinetti
Josh is an attorney with the firm’s Corporate and IP Transactions Practice Group. He advises clients in a variety of corporate and intellectual property areas including entity formation, IP ownership and transactions, trademark and unfair competition law, securities and fundraising, and best practices for web-based services.
During law school, Josh had the opportunity to lead the Gonzaga Law Review as Editor-in-Chief, compete in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court competition and work with a London-based startup during its participation in the Techstars® program. Josh also was a member of the Gonzaga Intellectual Property Law Association and interned with the Unemployment Law Project, a local non-profit law firm. Outside of work, Josh is an avid musician and web developer.
