Steve focuses his practice on litigation of all types of intellectual property matters. Steve has extensive experience with trademark and false advertising, having litigated multiple cases through summary judgment and the pre-trial stage. Through those cases, Steve has gained specialized experience and interest in trademark and false advertising survey methodologies. Steve also has substantial experience litigating patent and trade secret cases, including obtaining a favorable jury verdict in a trade secret trial. Steve also has experience with UDRP proceedings, having successfully transferred multiple domain names to his clients.

In addition to his experience litigating intellectual property matters, Steve has experience with complex commercial disputes including breaches of contract, releases, breaches of fiduciary duties, and government investigations under the False Claims Act. Relying on his broad litigation experience, Steve counsels clients on analyzing litigation risks and strategies to avoid those risks.

In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing utlimate frisbee, and fostering dogs.
