Sean Clavere

Sean is an associate with the firm’s Corporate and IP Transactions Practice Group. He advises clients in a variety of corporate and intellectual property areas including entity formation, securities and fundraising, IP ownership and transactions, privacy, and employment law.  During law school, Sean clerked for a commercial litigation firm in Spokane, WA and was a Lee & Hayes Summer Associate.  His experience litigating complex business disputes gives him insight for structuring transactions to meet client goals.

Outside of law, Sean enjoys playing music, time with family, and the great outdoors.
