Johanna Tomlinson
Johanna focuses her practice on various intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. Johanna has litigated and enforced trademark, copyright, and patent matters for clients in various U.S. District courts. Johanna also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Johanna represents clients in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Johanna clerked for the Honorable Laurel Siddoway at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division III. During law school, Johanna worked on matters including the formation of businesses and nonprofit corporations, contracts, and trademark registrations. She also participated as a team captain in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, where her team placed second in the region and qualified for the national competition. Johanna also served in the chambers of the Honorable Richard C. Tallman at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals during law school
