Michael Agostinelli

Mike has extensive experience in private practice and exposure as General Corporate Counsel with large financial organizations. He specializes in managing the transactional demands of diverse financial groups with a special emphasis in commercial real estate transactions, strategic business planning and legal guidance for corporate officers and Board of Directors. Mike managed an in-house legal department from 2000-2004. Prior to his General Counsel practice, Mike was in private practice with a major focus on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, mining law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, and general business matters. Mike has been a past Adjunct Professor at Spokane Falls Community College in the Business Law program and also a past Adjunct Professor at Spokane Community College with the Paralegal Program.
