Caleb Hatch
Caleb focuses his practice on a variety of intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, and complex commercial litigation. Caleb has experience in all aspects of litigation, including managing the discovery process, depositions and dispositive motions.
Caleb Hatch is included in the 2024 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch™ in America for his work in intellectual property law, commercial litigation, litigation – intellectual property. He has been selected to the 2024 Washington Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for his work in intellectual property.
During law school, Caleb worked on matters including economic development, the formation of businesses and non-profit corporations, contracts, and tort claims. He graduated at the top of his class and CALI Awards of Excellence for the highest grade in ten courses.
Caleb served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert H. Whaley in the Eastern District of Washington where he worked on cases involving civil and criminal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization actions, employment discrimination claims, insurance disputes, First Amendment retaliation claims, consumer protection, labor law, copyright infringement, and criminal law matters, among others, for the Eastern District of Washington, the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
