Brian Brishnehan
Brian focuses his practice on patent preparation, prosecution and counseling. He has particular expertise in electrical devices and computer software technologies, including e-commerce, mobile applications, computer networking, artificial intelligence, financial products, and business methods.
Caleb Hatch
Caleb focuses his practice on a variety of intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, and complex commercial litigation. Caleb has experience in all aspects of litigation, including managing the discovery process, depositions and dispositive motions.
Hala Mourad
Hala focuses her practice on intellectual property matters. Hala has extensive experience in complex intellectual property litigation in Federal District Court and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as contentious patent proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Hala is a registered patent attorney and has handled patent prosecution matters, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience also includes providing transactional counseling and performing due diligence investigations for the intellectual property-related aspects in a wide range of corporate transactions.
Josh Grandinetti
Josh is an attorney with the firm’s Corporate and IP Transactions Practice Group. He advises clients in a variety of corporate and intellectual property areas including entity formation, IP ownership and transactions, trademark and unfair competition law, securities and fundraising, and best practices for web-based services.
Yanek Kondryszyn
Yanek’s practice includes conducting intellectual property harvesting sessions, reporting on budgets and patent portfolios, counseling open source software integrations and release decisions and audits, as well as drafting non-infringement and patentability opinions. He leads intellectual property due diligence for various businesses including financing rounds and exits, set up trade secret inventory and protection operations, and negotiating IP-related provisions in contracts. Yanek drafts, prosecutes, and manages domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technology spaces including AI/machine-learning, signal processing, cloud/edge computing, computer security, bioinformatics, blockchain, autonomous vehicles, and electromagnetic applications.
