Washington, DC. - Lee & Hayes, PC celebrates the promotion of Bill Dyer, Partner, to Major General in the U.S. Army Reserve. Dyer, who leads the firm's Litigation Practice, has been named Commander of the Army’s 108th Training Command, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.  In this role, he will exercise command and control over 10,000 soldiers whose mission is to provide Initial Entry Training to the Army’s newest recruits, both officer and enlisted.
