Lee & Hayes Partners with Facebook and LEAD-WA for Summer Associate Program
Lee & Hayes, PC has been honored to support the professional development of several talented first and second year law students through the firm’s Summer Associate program. Five of the six Summer Associates joined as part of Lee & Hayes’ partnership with the Facebook 1L Diversity Fellowship Program and LEAD-WA; both of which foster professional development opportunities that encourage inclusion and diversity.
“While it’s obviously been an unprecedented time, we didn’t want to lose sight of our unique opportunity to partner with organizations like these to further enhance professional and educational opportunities for those who are entering the legal profession,” said Lee & Hayes President, Richard Denenny. “Lee & Hayes knows that a diverse and inclusive workforce allows us to be more effective at recruiting and retaining top talent, and these stellar individuals represent our firm’s ongoing mission to cultivate and keep the very best of the best. We’re happy to have spent the past several months mentoring them in a remote, yet highly-integrated setting.”
