Spokane, Wash. – April 9, 2015 – Lee & Hayes PLLC, an industry-leading intellectual property law firm, has hired well-known business executive and corporate attorney Richard Denenny to accelerate the growth of the firm’s corporate, tax and securities practice. Denenny, based in the firm’s Spokane office, will assist with the development of the firm’s corporate practice in Spokane, Seattle, and the other five cities where the firm is located.

Denenny joins Lee & Hayes from Telect, where he was the vice president of sales, marketing and product development. Denenny also served as the COO, CFO, and board member of Next IT from 2011 to 2013. Prior to his time at Next IT, Denenny worked as a securities attorney with K&L Gates in Seattle, Wash. Denenny, who is a Spokane native, holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University.
