Lee & Hayes, a national intellectual property (IP) law firm with an international client-base, is seeking a Patent Paralegal to work for our design practice in Spokane, Washington. QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates are accurate, detailed, organized, articulate, service-oriented and flexible. Prior experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal is beneficial and experience in intellectual property is ideal. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft® Office, are required. Responsibilities of this position include assisting attorneys in our Design practice group with:
- Preparing and filing patent applications, patent responses and other documents with the patent offices
- General time/work management
- Scheduling meetings
- Administrative and clerical support
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $28.00/hr to 33.00/hr. The base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, market factors, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
