Shelby is a skilled and dedicated administrator with more than 17 years experience managing daily operations of large law firms. Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Shelby worked for Whitworth University and Alpine College which are educational institutions in Spokane, Washington. At Whitworth, she was the assistant to the university president and at Alpine College she served as a Placement and Practicum Coordinator. From 1995 to 2006, she was the office Administrator for Paine Hamblen, which was the largest law firm in Spokane at that time. During Shelby's tenure at Paine, she cultivated comprehensive management skills as she was responsible for the administration of two of their offices and managed support departments including: Paralegals, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and Facilities.
