Logan Brown

Logan has spent several years working as a Patent Attorney where he has focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and issues related to enforcement and licensing.  He prepares appeal briefs, presents oral arguments in front of the Board of Appeals and Interferences, and conducts interviews with examiners. Logan’s litigation experience includes performing extensive research into technical and legal issues, preparing claim charts for negotiations, and performing extensive investigations to gather evidence of infringement. Logan provides detailed portfolio analysis on his clients large portfolios of issued and pending applications to determine infringement of patented claims by competitor devices and to discover unclaimed subject matter disclosed in pending applications which is in use on competitor devices and not foreclosed by prior art.
