John draws from years of engineering experience to deliver quality prosecution and drafting of patent applications for our clients. John's wide range of technical expertise includes software and hardware development, design and analysis of communication systems, and design of machine learning systems including neural networks and genetic algorithms.
Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, John was a Project Manager for Operation Support System (OSS) deployment within the AT&T network. John was also the Project Manager and Lead Developer for both AT&T and Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories, where he developed productivity enhancement software for automating the provisioning of circuits within the AT&T network and provide automated expert system trouble shooting of external client TCP/IP based networks.
John also worked as an RF Design Engineer designing RF QAM data communications systems; pulse shaping filters and was also a member of a NASA Space Shuttle team studying space based surveillance equipment.
