Additionally, Dan assists clients with copyright and trademark infringement and enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Dan worked at the Transactional Business Law Clinic at Gonzaga University School of Law and was a summer associate at a mid-sized Spokane law firm where he focused on legal issues ranging from real estate and business transactions to secured transactions and estate planning. He also spent a summer working for a general practice firm in Seattle where he gained experience in a wide variety of legal areas from civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation to contract negotiations and drafting. Dan has a passion for working with and helping small businesses and entrepreneurs, a passion that began as an undergraduate in Gonzaga University’s New Venture Lab and continues today as the reason Dan became a lawyer.
