Damon Kruger

Damon advises and assists clients with domestic and foreign patent strategies.  His primary focus includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications across a wide variety technologies including business processes, software, telecommunications, electronics, and mechanical devices. 

Prior to beginning his legal career, he worked at the headquarters of Best Buy Co., where he managed the creation of a labor management system that integrated industrial engineering principles and transactional drivers to refine labor allocation.  Additionally, he has work experience in mechanical design at Motorola and engineering research and development experience at a small medical device company.

Outside of Lee & Hayes, Damon is a board member for EarthCorps, which is a non-profit organization based in Seattle that focuses on environmental conservation, training young leaders, and building stronger communities.  He is also active in the mountaineering and climbing communities and is an avid cyclist.
