Bradley Wagner

Brad assists clients by drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a wide variety of technologies including mechanical devices, software, digital imaging, electronics and business processes. 

Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Brad worked as a Patent Valuation Manager at a leading invention capital company where he managed the acquisition of patent portfolios, performed patent due diligence investigations, and reviewed prosecution histories and claim charts in view of investment decisions. He also supported prosecution on a number of pending patent applications by drafting office action responses.  Before attending law school, he worked for PACCAR as a Standards Engineer where he updated testing procedures and manufacturing specifications to meet corporate standards. Brad has also spent time designing and constructing machining prints and assembly documentation for custom products as well as testing products for reliability and safety.

Outside of Lee & Hayes, Brad enjoys hiking, fishing and otherwise enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits.  Playing guitar and piano are also favorite pastimes.
